We handle the complete project management, the management of other partners if required, and will ensure the delivery of the project within the schedule and budget constraint.

We offer training session for all aspects of your fare collection solution : Garage equipment, onboard equipment, backend systems, etc.

    Efficient technical support. Either throuhg our customer service web portal, a phone call, an email, you will get a dedicated person assigned to your request and an extremely rapid response.

    Remote support. If our technicians are given access to your network, it will be possible to handle the issue more efficiently and quickly, without any intervention on your end.

    Repairs. Our competent team of technicians has the necessary training, knowledge and expertise for the complete inspection and the repair of your Genfare equipment.

    Service Calls. In certain cases, an on-site intervention by one of our technicians may be required. We will gladly send them to your facility

    Spare Parts Inventory. At Garival, we maintain a spare parts inventory for all parts used in your fare collection system, whether it is brand new, or functioning for 30 or 40 years. When you order parts from us, they will be delivered to you within a week.

    Equipment and Modules Updates. We have all the knowledge to guide you in the purchase of fleet addition equipment, or of modules to upgrade your current fleet.
